Overview
Highway controls whether TOTP is enabled for your account. If you see a QR code or setup key during login, it means TOTP is required, and you must register a device to complete the login process.
Steps to Register Your Device
Log in to Highway. If TOTP is required, a QR code and setup key will appear on your screen.
Open your authenticator app.
Scan the QR code or manually enter the setup key to register your account.
The authenticator app will begin generating 6-digit codes.
Enter the 6-digit code from the app into the Highway screen and click Submit.
Once verified, your device is registered, and you can complete the login.
Removing or Re-registering a Device
To remove your current TOTP device, contact Highway Support at:

After removal, you’ll need to go through the login process again to register a new device.
Tips
Keep your authenticator app accessible for future logins.
Only one device can be registered at a time.
