Our full-time, US-based, trained, multilingual Proofing Agents will respond to schedule a secure remote attended video appeal call. The call will be recorded, and we will need your consent. You must remain in view for the entirety of the call and the quality of your video and audio must be sufficient to support necessary steps that may be asked of you.
